Top 15 Construction Marketing Agencies to Follow
Most lists of the best construction marketing agencies are written by an agency, and the author's own firm is usually near the top. This one compares 15 agencies on the same public data: Semrush Authority Score and organic traffic estimates, Clutch ratings where they exist, and the construction clients each agency names on its own site. We picked them from 36 agencies we checked in October 2026.
How we judged them
We checked 36 agencies that rank for construction marketing searches or appear on other lists, and kept the 15 that passed every test. Listed alphabetically, not ranked.
Construction is a core industry
A dedicated construction, contractor or builder page, or a construction-only focus.
Named construction clients
At least one real construction client named on the agency's own site.
Comparable search data
Semrush Authority Score and organic traffic estimate, pulled October 7, 2026.
Clutch reviews, where they exist
Rating shown only with five or more Clutch reviews; fewer reviews are listed as a count.
US clients, and not us
US-based or serving US clients. The Fractional SEO is excluded.
Reviewed by hand, 20261019. Nobody pays for a place on this list.
That bias isn’t hidden. When we reviewed the top Google results for this search in October 2026, three of the five were lists written by agencies, and each one included its author. The other two were directories, one of them a paid listing site. None put the same numbers next to every agency or said how the picks were made.
This list doesn’t rank. Agencies appear alphabetically, each with the same data row, so you can weigh them by what matters to you. The comparison table puts all 15 side by side. Where we quote an agency’s results, they are the agency’s own claims; we didn’t audit them.
One note up front: The Fractional SEO also works with construction companies. That’s why we left ourselves off.
How we chose these agencies
We started from 36 agencies that rank for construction marketing searches or appear on other published lists, then kept the ones that met five tests:
- Construction is a core industry. The agency has a dedicated construction, contractor or builder page, or says it works only with construction firms.
- Named construction clients are public. At least one real construction client is named on the agency’s own site or in its portfolio.
- Search data exists. Semrush returns an Authority Score and an organic traffic estimate for the domain.
- US-based or serving US clients.
- Not us. The Fractional SEO is excluded.
Clutch reviews were the hard call. Several of the most construction-focused agencies here have no Clutch reviews at all, so a strict minimum would have cut the specialists and kept the generalists. We set the bar at five reviews for showing a rating. Below that we print the review count without a star score, because a 5.0 from one review tells you very little.
How the data was collected
- Authority Score and organic traffic: Semrush, US database, pulled October 7, 2026. These are third-party, modeled estimates. Use them to compare agencies with each other, not as measured visits.
- Clutch rating and review count: Clutch.co profiles, checked October 7, 2026 and spot-checked October 19, 2026.
- Services, clients, locations and prices: each agency’s own website, checked October 2026. Prices are as of October 2026 and change often.
- What this can’t tell you: whether an agency gets results for its clients. Search visibility shows how well an agency markets itself, which is related to, but not the same as, how well it will market you.
The 15 agencies
Atlas Marketing
Atlas, based in Sewickley, Pennsylvania, sells storytelling to construction and industrial companies: brand messaging, proposals, websites and content. Its Clutch profile puts its client mix at 45% manufacturing, 30% construction, 15% energy and 10% government.
Its construction service page names Kokosing, Wohlsen Construction, Carl Walker Construction and Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal as clients. There are no case-study pages, so ask for samples of proposal and content work in your segment. That writing focus suits commercial contractors who win work through proposals.
Data (third-party): Authority Score 18; estimated organic traffic 190 visits a month (Semrush, US, pulled Oct 7, 2026). Clutch: 4.9 from 22 reviews (checked Oct 2026).
Brantley Agency
Brantley calls itself a commercial contractor marketing agency and also serves architects, engineers, home builders and MEP firms. Services run from logos and branded templates to websites, social media, SEO and email with press releases. The site doesn’t state a headquarters city.
Its projects page lists 36 projects, all in architecture, engineering and construction, with named clients including Bartlett Cocke, Alleato Group and PSI. The Alleato Group rebrand is a good example of the print side many digital agencies skip: a 10-page brochure, business cards and letterhead alongside the digital work.
Data (third-party): Authority Score 21; estimated organic traffic 307 visits a month (Semrush, US, pulled Oct 7, 2026). Clutch: no profile found.
Builder Funnel
Builder Funnel, in Colorado Springs, works only with remodelers and custom home builders. Its homepage puts it plainly: “Only builders and remodelers.” Services cover strategy, websites, paid ads, SEO, AI search, video, social media and email.
Clients named in its testimonials include MG Construction, Wolfe Homes, Jackson Design and Remodeling, Spears Design Build Group and Zenith Design + Build. Its results page holds dozens of case studies, mostly anonymized (“an Austin remodeler”), which makes them harder to check but shows clearly who the agency is built for.
Data (third-party): Authority Score 28; estimated organic traffic 1,383 visits a month (Semrush, US, pulled Oct 7, 2026). Clutch: no profile found.
Comrade Digital Marketing Agency
Comrade is headquartered in Chicago, with offices in Miami, Los Angeles, Austin and New York. Its construction page says it works “Construction only” and times campaigns to the bid and build cycle, though its wider portfolio includes other industries. It is one of the few agencies here that publishes prices: a bundled “Revenue Engine” from $4,000 a month and individual services from $1,500 a month (as of October 2026).
Named construction clients include Zenith Design + Build, Granite Selection and Greater Midwest Exteriors. For Zenith, a remodeler and custom builder, the agency reports a 204% rise in conversion rate in six months.
Data (third-party): Authority Score 38; estimated organic traffic 11,776 visits a month (Semrush, US, pulled Oct 7, 2026). Clutch: 4.8 from 69 reviews (checked Oct 2026).
Construction Marketing Inc.
This Florida agency, centered on Sarasota and Bradenton but serving the whole US, says it “works exclusively for clients in the construction industry.” Its range is wide for a specialist: websites and SEO, paid search, copywriting, graphic design, photography, video, PR and social media.
Its portfolio page lists 81 client names across subcontractors, general contractors, manufacturers and material distributors. Featured work includes ESSI, Williams Development, All American Metal Fabrication and CSI GeoTurf. If you need project photography and video as well as search, it is one of the few on this list that offers both.
Data (third-party): Authority Score 26; estimated organic traffic 2,822 visits a month (Semrush, US, pulled Oct 7, 2026). Clutch: no profile found.
Contractor Gorilla
Contractor Gorilla, listed on Clutch in Los Angeles, says “We work exclusively with contractors and trades”: general contractors, roofers, HVAC, plumbers, electricians, landscapers, painters and pool builders. It sells websites, SEO, Google Ads, logo design and ChatGPT ads management.
Its portfolio has 46 items, nearly all contractors, including Tellus Design Build, Madrona Log Homes, Tidal Construction Group and Lynch Construction. It doesn’t publish prices; its site says the cost of a website varies with the size and complexity of the project.
Data (third-party): Authority Score 32; estimated organic traffic 4,403 visits a month (Semrush, US, pulled Oct 7, 2026). Clutch: profile listed, no reviews (checked Oct 2026).
Contractor Growth Network
Charlotte-based Contractor Growth Network focuses on remodelers and design-build firms, with SEO for remodelers as a headline service alongside marketing strategy for contractors.
Its results page shows four named clients: AKN Interiors in Pittsburgh, Elevation Basements and Northbuilt Construction in Denver, and Frei Remodeling in Tucson. That’s a small set, but every one is a remodeler, which tells you exactly who the agency is set up to serve. The agency also turns up in our construction podcast list, as a guest on a remodeling show talking about project pages.
Data (third-party): Authority Score 28; estimated organic traffic 3,575 visits a month (Semrush, US, pulled Oct 7, 2026). Clutch: 1 review, below our five-review bar for showing a rating.
CRIMSON Agency
Detroit’s CRIMSON is a branding agency first: brand identity, websites, custom digital platforms and recruiting content. Construction is a featured vertical alongside energy, manufacturing, nonprofit and government.
Its construction clients are large firms: Barton Malow, Motor City Electric, Jay Dee Contractors, Ideal Contracting, Giffels Webster and Spalding DeDecker. The standout is a centennial portal for Barton Malow, for which the agency reports 28,800 visitors and more than 70,000 page views. For Motor City Electric it rebuilt the website and redesigned more than 60 project case studies. Recruiting runs through much of the work, which suits contractors whose bigger problem is hiring, not leads.
Data (third-party): Authority Score 24; estimated organic traffic 906 visits a month (Semrush, US, pulled Oct 7, 2026). Clutch: no matching profile found.
Design At Work
Houston’s Design At Work has a dedicated construction page offering SEO, social media, paid media, email, content, graphic design, web design and trade show support. The page describes client types (general contractors, electrical contractors, building materials suppliers) rather than naming clients.
Its case studies page does name some: S&B, an engineering and construction firm; Perry Electric; and the landscape architects Prewett, Read & Associates. Construction is a minority of its 26 case studies, so ask for examples close to your trade. Trade show support is the unusual item on its menu.
Data (third-party): Authority Score 33; estimated organic traffic 3,402 visits a month (Semrush, US, pulled Oct 7, 2026). Clutch: profile listed, no reviews (checked Oct 2026).
Estes Media
Estes Media, based in Jersey City, New Jersey, lists construction and roofing among a short list of industries. Services include strategy, branding, SEO, Google and Facebook ads, content, social, PR, email and websites.
It also offers account-based marketing aimed at a target list of 50 to 200 companies. That suits commercial contractors who sell to a known set of owners and developers. Case studies include Chaffee Roofing, Malone Roofing, AnchoRock and Simpson Unlimited.
Data (third-party): Authority Score 21; estimated organic traffic 266 visits a month (Semrush, US, pulled Oct 7, 2026). Clutch: 5.0 from 13 reviews (checked Oct 2026).
Hook Agency
Minneapolis-based Hook works with home service companies and contractors, mainly roofing, HVAC and plumbing, and says it focuses on companies with $3 million to $15 million in revenue. It publishes prices (as of October 2026): local SEO from $2,800 a month, pay-per-click from $2,000 a month, and websites from $1,000 a month over 12 months.
Construction clients include Courtney Construction, Young Construction and Badgerland Exteriors. Hook has the second-highest estimated organic traffic on this list, so it clearly knows how to rank its own site for contractor marketing searches.
Data (third-party): Authority Score 43; estimated organic traffic 29,619 visits a month (Semrush, US, pulled Oct 7, 2026). Clutch: profile listed, no reviews (checked Oct 2026).
ITVibes
ITVibes is a B2B agency in The Woodlands, Texas, working across more than 15 industries, with a construction page aimed at Houston-area firms. Services include websites, SEO, social media, pay-per-click, reputation management, content, branding, print and local map listings.
The construction page shows logos for Alphabet Construction, Brayton Construction, Binkley Construction, Texas Rebuild and Startex Construction, among others. It doesn’t yet publish construction case studies with results, so the client list is the evidence; ask for numbers. Its Authority Score of 44 is the second-highest here.
Data (third-party): Authority Score 44; estimated organic traffic 5,368 visits a month (Semrush, US, pulled Oct 7, 2026). Clutch: 4.9 from 14 reviews (checked Oct 2026).
THAT Agency
THAT Agency has offices in West Palm Beach, Florida and Colorado Springs, Colorado. Its construction page says it specializes in construction marketing for builders, contractors and construction firms, with SEO, pay-per-click, social, content, email and web design.
Two results on that page are construction clients. For Panda Pavers, the agency credits local SEO with a large rise in organic sessions. For Synergy Homes, it reports paid leads up 232.5% and cost per lead down 69%. Most of its other case studies are in legal and B2B, so the construction depth is narrower than the page suggests.
Data (third-party): Authority Score 36; estimated organic traffic 11,285 visits a month (Semrush, US, pulled Oct 7, 2026). Clutch: no profile found.
Thrive Internet Marketing Agency
Thrive, based in Arlington, Texas, lists offices in about 25 cities and is the largest agency here by search footprint and Clutch reviews. Construction is one of many industries. Its construction SEO page covers local, technical and on-page SEO, link building, content and conversion work.
It links one construction case study, Nationwide Construction. Thrive also publishes its own list of the best construction digital marketing agencies, with itself first. Its strength is scale and process; its construction-specific proof is thin next to the specialists on this list.
Data (third-party): Authority Score 53; estimated organic traffic 312,889 visits a month (Semrush, US, pulled Oct 7, 2026). Clutch: 4.6 from 111 reviews (checked Oct 2026).
Venveo
Venveo, in Blacksburg, Virginia, markets building products more than builders. Its tagline is “Built for industries that build,” and its FAQ says it focuses on B2B companies with complex sales cycles. Services are search ads, SEO, content, programmatic ads and email.
Its client logos are manufacturers and brands selling into construction: Armstrong, Nichiha, Tremco, Henry, Huber, DAP and Wilsonart among them. If you make or distribute materials, it’s the most relevant agency on this list. A residential remodeler would be outside its usual client.
Data (third-party): Authority Score 32; estimated organic traffic 2,560 visits a month (Semrush, US, pulled Oct 7, 2026). Clutch: 5.0 from 5 reviews (checked Oct 2026).

How to choose a construction marketing agency
The data above narrows the field. These five questions decide it.
1. Can you show me work for a company like mine?
A remodeler, a commercial GC and a building products maker need different marketing. Ask for a case study in your segment with the client’s name on it, then call that client. Logos on a homepage are a start, not proof.
2. Do you report on leads or on rankings?
Rankings are an input. Ask what the monthly report shows: calls, form fills and quote requests, and which of them turned into bids. If an agency can’t trace a phone call back to the page that produced it, it can’t tell you what’s working.
3. How long is the contract, and how do I get out?
Six to twelve months up front, then month to month, is common. Watch for automatic renewal into another full term and for notice periods longer than 30 days. Our guide to SEO contracts covers the clauses to read twice.
4. Who owns the website and the accounts?
Your website, domain, Google Business Profile, analytics and ad accounts should be in your name from day one. If the agency builds your site on its own platform or holds the logins, leaving gets expensive.
5. What exactly do I get for the fee?
A monthly fee should map to a written list of work: pages, fixes, links, reporting and meetings. Most agencies on this list don’t publish prices, so get the scope in writing before you compare quotes. Here’s what an SEO retainer should include.

FAQs
How much does a construction marketing agency cost?
Most agencies don’t publish prices. Among those that do, as of October 2026: Hook Agency‘s local SEO starts at $2,800 a month; Comrade‘s individual services start at $1,500 a month and its bundle at $4,000; and RYNO Strategic Solutions (formerly Blue Corona) quotes $3,500 to more than $10,000 a month.
What should I look for in a construction marketing agency?
Named case studies in your segment, reporting tied to leads rather than rankings, a short initial term with a 30-day exit, and full ownership of your site and accounts.
Do construction marketing agencies guarantee results?
Reputable ones don’t guarantee rankings. Google says no one can guarantee a #1 ranking. Some agencies guarantee activity or tie refunds to targets, so read the terms. More in our post on SEO guarantees.
